Administration & Help Desk: The marina management office is located on the upper floor of Marina House, which is adjacent to the marina itself. Office hours are 08:00 am to 16:00 pm from Monday to Sunday and our friendly team are ready to assist you with any queries or concerns.
Shower & Change-Room Facilities: Step ashore and enjoy our shower and change-room facilities, located a short walk from your berth.
Best-in-Class Shorepower: Eden Island Marina is the only marina in Seychelles to offer shore power of up to 400 volts.
Electric Club Cars: To ensure that your stay at the marina is pleasant and trouble free, electric Club Cars are available for delivering items to your vessels.
Tug Service & Landing Craft: Eden island is equipped with a small tug boat for line handling. A landing craft is also available on request.
Garbage Collection: Eden island Marina provides garbage collection from your vessel on a regular basis.

"At the Heart of Seychelles." Located just off the east coast of the main island of Mahé and, linked to the mainland by a 300m bridge, visiting yachts not only have access to 115 islands, but services such as hospitals and the Seychelles International Airport are minutes away.
The Marina itself forms a part of Eden Island, with access to a host of services and amenities right at the marina’s edge. From financial to medical, shopping, restaurants and more – you'll find many amenities a short stroll from your berthing location.

Marina Infrastructure
Eden Island Marina is one of the largest floating Marinas in the western Indian Ocean (and largest in Seychelles), accommodating super-yachts up to 120 metres in length. The location of the marina on the inland side of Eden Island provides ideal sheltered conditions.
With stern-to berthing, boats lie in line with both prevailing winds (SE & NW).
The marina offers facilities for super-yachts of up to 120m, cruising yachts and local leisure craft.
There are over 1000m of piled pontoon berths of which 180m is available for super-yachts, with stern-to berthing and alongside berthing.
The water depth in the Marina basin is approximately 15-20m deep, however the approach channel to the marina is restricted to 5m.
The super-yacht pontoon section is 4m wide, varying 500mm to 750mm of freeboard. Berthing is available astern to or alongside, depending on occupancy. With stern-to berthing there are mooring buoy for attaching the bow of the vessels.
All pontoon walkways are illuminated with solar-powered lights.
All service pedestals are individually controlled and monitored by a computerised Berth master system supplied by Rolec. This provides itemised billing for all services used by vessels. View Technical Specifications.
There are three mobile Fire Caddies, each with 15mm of 38mm lay flat fire-fighting hose and a 250 litres per minute delivery.
